It had cartoony moments that appealed to younger audiences, but it also had an in-depth story that connected all the episodes and seasons that appealed to older watchers. The show itself aside, I feel like the large moment towards video games we've seen in the last 10 years lends to DB being able to break into that market as well if they can gather good ideas for an RPG-racing like game. So many possibilities, DB needs to make a return!!

Yep, I think that's why at the time there was such a wide variation between the ages of people watching it - I mean my mum remembers the show, and she usually hates 'kids' cartoons, yet it's perhaps the only one she doesn't mind. Hahaha, how odd, I was going to bring up the proposition of a Dragon Booster related game in my next response xD I reckon DB would make an awesome MMO RPG, could you just imagine creating your own dragon and rider? being able to race against other players? Personally, I think that would be awesome!

I still haven't given up hope, I just jump from forum to forum hoping it'll pick up momentum. I was discussing a plan with a friend of mine who is helping me with this plan. I am planning on creating a virtual pet site for Dragon Booster Dragons much like Neopets or Flight Rising. I figured pet simulation sites were really popular and this would expose the Dragon Booster franchise even by just a little. I am an armature artist and plan on doing all of the art work, including the site layout, buttons, and pets of course, however anyone who also loves doing Dragon Booster art is welcome to help and participate. My friend is in charge of coming up with stories, events, legends, lore, etc. I have no idea how to code a site, so I am planning on trying to learn how to or if I am lucky, find someone who is knowledgeable in that and is willing to help us out. This is my last ditch effort to try and gather people, old and new to enjoy something I hold dear to my heart since the beginning.
www.gaiaonline.com/forum/breedable-changing-pets/dragon-city-stables-announcement-pg-95-staff-to-guild/t.65393189_1/ It was an excellent idea, however the owners let it die. Even after I offered my services to help run it and provide my artistic skills, they rejected it. It's things like that, that really upset me. I care about keeping the show alive, really enjoy it, and others do as well, so I don't understand why they wouldn't let me help after they stopped caring.
Not everyone enjoys the style of my dragons, but that isn't going to stop me from trying. Here's my one and only example because my computer crashed and I basically lost 5 years worth of Dragon Booster related art. I will slowly rebuild!

Yep, as I said I'm currently trying to spread the word in my own small way. Lordy, I remember when Neopets was really popular, and I currently play Flight Rising, so I know what sort of site you're suggesting, and I think it would be an awesome idea! I'd love to hear more about what you plan to include in it. I'm not the best artist out there, so I doubt you'd want my help with drawing anything, however, I'd be happy to help out in any way I can. I've studied IT website creation for just over 2 years, and next month I start a course in game design, so I may be able to help with general website coding.
Ah yes, I know how you feel - I was a coder for another virtual adoption site that was up and coming, but the owners let it die out before true completion. I tried my utmost to try and keep the site alive, but I lacked admin abilities and so there was only so much I could do before it died off completely.
Not sure how someone could not enjoy your style, this example alone is simply stunning, I love the level of detail in it, how you've drawn the muscle hhhhh so pretty~ I also checked out your DA account, and your art is beautiful. It's such a shame to hear you lost all that art - I'm pretty new to actually drawing my own art, but I can appreciate how much time would have gone into that.

Late reply is late. I absolutely love your ideas KeyOfKingdoms, and I love your artwork even more! I'm sure you know by now I'm following your work on dA I'm not really sure in what ways I can help there, but once you have it up and going I'd be more than happy to spread links around to it here on the forum and the wiki, and anywhere else I'm getting involved in with DB
