Yeah, other RL friends I've spoken to about Korra echoed the same sentiments in that she's really whiny about her problems

I just think the avatar state stuff was enough to prove Aang was better than her, but yeah there's a lot of reasons apart from that why the show wasn't as well received as The Last Airbender.

Yeah that really would!! They kinda covered that a bit in Korra but I wish they would have gone into more detail~ That and I REALLY wished they had made a series for the events in between LAB and LOK which were covered by the manga series...
